For the past 20+ years, I have handled discrimination, harassment, whistleblower/retaliation and wrongful termination cases in state and federal court. I also advise and represent companies on HR matters.

I have litigated, tried and settled thousands of personal injury cases over the last 20+ years. I handle cases involving car, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, products liability and wrongful death.

I work as a neutral third party to help people resolve their conflicts. Mediation is typically more successful with a private attorney than with a court appointed mediator. I mediate primarily employment law, personal injury and family law matters.
