Client work primarily involves employment law, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage / hour issues. Katy has litigated a number of employment cases in state and federal court, and routinely represents employers before the Maine Human Rights Commission. In addition, she advises employers on employment related matters including employee relations issues, perfor
