Ashley E. Arra

Ashley Arra graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2010, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. Thereafter, she attended the University of Maine School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2013. Following her first year of law school, Ashley was selected for a Bernstein District Court Fellowship and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Keith A. Powers, Maine District Court, Portland, Maine. During the remainder of her law school career, she served as a member of the Women’s Law Association, as a Case Note and Comment Editor for the Maine Law Review, and as a Legal Writing Instructor for first-year students. She is admitted to the bar in Maine and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association.

Ashley previously worked as an associate with a civil litigation practice focused on healthcare and the defense and representation of healthcare providers in medical malpractice claims, personal injury matters, professional liability matters, and licensure complaints. She has significant experience in representing and advising management, employee medical care providers, and insurers in connection with all stages of professional liability matters, compliance, and risk management issues.
