Randall J Bates

Our interaction started well with Randall Bates responding to my email and stating he could take on my case. Unfortunately, he then 'vanished' ... No response to my voice messages or emails. Finally, a few days before my court date and in resopnse to my increasingly panicky emails labelled 'very impo...rtant' he left me a message that he is currently too busy to represent me. This behavior seems very irresponsible and unprofessional! It should have been a clue that he doesn't have a web site or address or office. Even his aswering machine lacks professionalism: there is just the generic voice from the phone company to leave a message, no mentioning of a name or company. And after not getting any response from my next email that generic computer voice stated for days on that the voicemail box is full and no new message could be accepted. I never got a chance to find out how good Randall Bates is, but can say interacting with him (or my attempts) was very frustrating and a waste of time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him at all.
