Residence and Decision Making

I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. Going through a long and incredibly difficult family court case is one of the most stressful experiences I have ever been through, and having the right attorney beside me made an enormous difference. From the beginning, Jackie took the time to understand no...t only the legal issues in my case, but the bigger picture and, most importantly, what was best for my children. This was not a simple custody matter. There were complicated issues involving parental responsibilities, residential placement, medical decision-making, therapists, school professionals, medical providers, a GAL, and multiple other professionals. Jackie understood the complexity of the situation and never treated it like just another case. What impressed me most was the preparation. When it became clear that we might need to go to trial, Jackie was prepared to take the case all the way. We were looking at a multi-day trial with professional witnesses and an expert, and I felt confident that Jackie knew the facts, understood the evidence, and had a clear strategy. That level of preparation gave me tremendous peace of mind during a process that otherwise felt incredibly overwhelming. At the same time, Jackie understood that litigation should ultimately serve a purpose. When an opportunity arose to settle, we were able to work through the issues and reach an agreement that protected the things that mattered most to me and my children. I never felt pressured to accept something simply to make the case go away. I felt like Jackie understood where I needed to stand firm and where there was room to compromise. I also appreciated having an attorney who was willing to listen. Family court can be incredibly personal and emotionally exhausting, and there were plenty of moments when I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply didn’t know what to do next. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously and that I had someone in my corner who genuinely understood what was at stake. Most importantly, when the case was finally settled, I was able to walk away knowing that my children would continue living with me and that the major issues surrounding their care and decision-making had been resolved in a way I could live with. After everything we had been through, that meant everything to me. I am incredibly grateful for the work, preparation, persistence, and advocacy Jackie brought to my case. Family court is not something I would wish on anyone, but if you find yourself in that position, having an attorney who is prepared, strategic, compassionate, and willing to fight for you makes all the difference. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me get through one of the hardest chapters of my life and for helping me reach the other side.

Review for Jacqueline Moss

Jacqueline was always thorough, thoughtful, and tenacious. Despite the fact that my case dragged on for years, I never felt rushed by Jackie to settle for an unsatisfactory result. I also appreciate the fact that Jackie advocated for my child's best interest in a difficult custody dispute. Jackie ...worked well with the guardian ad litem, therapists, and other professionals who had input on the best course of action for my child.

An attorney with honesty and integrity. Highly recommended!

Jacqueline is a fantastic lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone dealing with divorce and child custody issues. She was always very honest and up-front with me about everything and I never felt like I was out of the loop. Though she would ultimately do what I asked of her, she would push back whe...n she didn't agree with something I was saying. This was very important to me because family court can be very emotional and I needed someone in my corner who could see the big picture and not get lost in the weeds. Specifically, Jackie handled all the paperwork and went to the status conferences in my place. We would chat beforehand and afterward, but I was able to avoid the stressful experience of hearing the other side. She would receive all the emails from the opposing counsel and deal with them accordingly, only bringing me in the loop when necessary. This was exactly what I wanted in a lawyer and she delivered. Jackie is also very kind and compassionate, which was also very important to me during such a contentious time. I highly recommend Jackie to anyone who values honesty and integrity. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but she always told me what I needed to hear. I felt like she had my back and she'll be the first person I call if something comes up again.

I feel like I can breath again!

Jacqueline Moss represented me in my child support and parental rights modifications. Jackie went above and beyond to listen to not only me, but my family as well. I suffer from anxiety issues. Jackie was there to help me through all of my anxiety and calm me down. Even if it was her telling me the s...ame things over and over that I needed to hear. What I am most thankful for is Jackie helping me keep my son safe! Jackie is very nice and caring. Jackie always had a smile and a gentle voice. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their divorce and child custody. I am forever thankful for all Jackie has done!

Divorce with child

My case was very difficult. I had a divorce with children and Jackie was amazing.. she took me on at last minute and was very patient with me with all the questions I was asking her. In my eyes I won my case because of Jackie.. If it was not for her as my lawyer I think I would of had a harder time ...winning my case and a lot more stress. If you are looking for a lawyer that listens, answers questions, and can lean on during court Jackie is the right lawyer. I would definitely hire her again in the future if I need another lawyer.
