Family Law Child endangerment

I hired attorney McCullough to represent me in a family law matter Child protective services of Maine visited my house in January 2014. As a result of that visit both my step Son and daughter were removed from my wife’s custody. At the time I had and the children stepdad since 2009. In order to... help my wife and defend the accusations of abuse against myself. I needed Greg to file a motion for myself to intervene. This would allow me to speak as though I was in fact the children’s biological father. The motion was denied twice. No reason to me. My wife’s attorney was upset that my motion to intervene was denied. Because my wife was being harassed and she was under attack with false accusations of neglect and abuse. This must be stressed at no time did CPS make a claim that there was any child sexual abuse or physical abuse in anyway. The a allegations came from one source my wife’s mother. My wife’s mother decided to complain to the department of health and human resources. CPS. That the children in our custody had been neglected to such a degree as they should be immediately removed from our house. My wife’s mother initiated a complaint with CPS consisting of drug use in the family over active sexual parties. And these were all allegations against my wife and I. My wife’s attorney had everything set call Greg needed to do was get me the ability to talk and defend the allegations against myself as my wife’s attorney was doing for her. The allegations were completely erroneous basically anything that was close to being true what is bent so far to the left. Other accusations were completely made up and could not be proven. I understand from talking to attorney McCullough that the state can say and believe anything they want without having to provide proof. In a nutshell hearsay is as good as the truth. Attorney McCullough advised me we should remove my wife’s attorney who was appointed by the state from the case and hire him. Attorney McCullough gave us relief we felt that he understood what was really going on here. My mother-in-law my wife’s mother desperate woman mental illness background. Was terrified my wife and I were going to move out of the state. My wife’s mother wanted to make sure that that would not happen. And if it did and we did move we would not have custody of the children. State of Maine humiliated my wife and I completely by having to defend these totally and completely wrong accusations lies against us. For example I was accused of being a wife beater domestic violence practitioner if you will. And forced to go to 48 weeks of class for domestic violence. Not once ever have I ever been arrested or have the police ever arrived at my house for any disturbance. My wife begged and pleaded to say that this was not right the allegations were made up by my mother-in-law. The state would not budge stating that my wife was suffering from Stockholm syndrome. As a result of that claim I did not get my permission to intervene on behalf of the children’s parents. Please be advise my wife and I have been seeing the same psychiatrist since 2010. Although the psychiatrist as well as my wife’s father and my wife’s close friends agreed the problem was not with me at all but with my wife’s mom. It did not matter although there was no proof of any of the allegations all hearsay we lost the children. So we lost because the state felt it would be better to leave the children with my wife’s mom. We my wife and I had to have frequent urine test for drugs. None of which found anything. There was never anything to substantiate it is far as drug use production or anything illegal. I challenged the state myself asking them if they had proof then please bring it out let’s see yet let’s talk about it refused because I was not given the right to intervene. One of the reasons why Greg insisted on us hiring him was because he could help us get through this. Greg lied that’s the bottom line and did

Exceptional Lawyer. He has been our lawyer since 2004 and we would not have anyone else. He is dedicated, honest and pays attention to detail. He handles our case as if we were his only client. You can't ask for better. Our family has never been on the winning side until we retained Atty. Greg Mc...Cullough.
