Unresponsive

I represented myself for 5 years and I did well, I decided to hire a lawyer in hopes to stop the harassment I endured. This was my first mistake. I was referred to Attorney Tacconi by a friend who had a great experience working with her while under another firm. This was not my experience. Now attorn...y Tacconi had her own. Lack of communication and blatent unresponsiveness ultimately cost me my custody case. The very case I maintained alone for 5 years. The secretary was not knowladgable enough to prioritize messages but she was "affordable" so she passed the test I guess. For medical purposes, Tacconi dropped out on my case last minute from mediation and eventually signed off to remove her representation. Unfortunatly the damage had been done. And I still havent gotten my records back.
