Family court case

Going through any court process can be stressful,especially without proper representation. When I decided to start looking for an Attorney,Kalled Law offices was the first name that popped up. I called and immediately had a response.Following that response I was scheduled for a consultation,very quic...kly. Going into the consultation as a young mom looking for help I was initially nervous. I knew what I wanted and needed someone who would listen,give me solid advice and answers. When I arrived at the office and spoke with Katrina those nerves went away,I felt almost at home in the office. Katrina was helpful,consistent and calm. Then I had the pleasure of talking with Attorney John Kalled,who very early on I knew was listening,taking in the information I was splurging out and already solving the issues in his head. Attorney Kalled was also very calm and collected in his advice and answers,very caring and made me feel as though he wanted what was best for not only my child but me as well. I went in looking for an Attorney and a team that would fight with pride and determination, all of the individuals at this office met those expectations. The response time between contact with this team is incredibly fast,after court hearings Attorney Kalled would call me seconds after the hearing ended to check with me and make sure I understood exactly what happened. (Because of covid-19 all of our court proceedings ended up being moved to phone in court hearings) Attorney Kalled would explain simply what everything meant and answered any questions I had. I am so thankful for this team of individuals,who worked hard,who always remained respectful and caring. If you are looking for a team, an Attorney who will really have your best interest in their mind,and deliver what you ask for,I would recommend this firm without hesitation every time! What an easy experience all of them made this!

Falsely accused

I was falsely accused of a crime & overwhelmed by how the legal system could be used against me, even keep me from my daughter ! John and his staff helped the truth shine through . It took their knowledge , experience & personal touch to get through a very difficult situation . They took ...the time to help gather evidence . They explained the various intricacies of the legal systems & legal tools at our disposal . I am not sure how I would have made it through without their support . Time & time again John helped expose the lies being used against me & helped reunite me with my daughter .

Great Attorney

John P Kalled came highly recommended. They helped me with a child custody case, which turned out to be a very difficult case. Being the father, sometimes you feel like the deck is stacked against you but everyone at Kalled Law Office showed me that was not the case. My child's well-being and stabili...ty was everything to me, I instantly felt and knew they understood that. I will forever be grateful to them for the dedication they put into my case. This was a long battle with a great outcome. I believe this was mainly because the whole office stayed on top of every situation and very informative of how to handle any problems that arised. We would highly recommend John P Kalled to anyone in need of a great attorney!

Great attorney

After 9 years of being in and out of family court and having multiple orders in my favor by 3 different Judges, spending thousands of dollars on attorneys to enforce my USO with the same results: 1. Not receiving any child support 2. My ex-husband not being compliant to a court order by failing... to pay his child support. I met Attorney Kalled in passing at the court the end of December 2014. Attorney Kallad stopped me and offered me his number to assist me after hearing my distress with the clerk. In my head, I thought, he probably is just another attorney that would not get me different results. After the holidays I called Attorney Kalled with hopes that I was wrong. In fact I was dead wrong. Attorney Kalled did everything but fail me! He listened to me, he guided me and he worked hard to get my child support garnished with complete success! As a single mother I depend on my child support and to finally have it consistently has been amazing. Out of the 6 different attorneys I have had assist me, Attorney Kallad had 1 goal.... To do what every other attorney failed to do and that was to have a garnishment in place and child support payments made to me for my children. Aside from him getting my child support garnished, Attorney Kalled communicated with me every step of the way. When I would speak with him it was like he truly understood what I was going through. Most of all... He listened to me. Before I met attorney Kalled, I was about to give up on ever receiving child support. My faith in lawyers and the court system was nonexistent. I know now if I am ever in the need to go back to court, I wont be going alone. Attorney Kalled will be my 1st phone call! I am very grateful and highly recommend Attorney Kalled to anyone who is looking for the best representation.
