Kieth did well, on the spot, during my final hearing and the results we wanted we got, however, he failed to address certain issues when asked and did little research into my case so a lot of pertinent information was left out that I’m dealing with on my own now, without an attorney. He had surprise-...billed me after he had said I was good on retainers and fees previously. Now I’m having to lidigate pro se the previous issues not addressed and I can’t get my file (which I desperately need) because he withdrew as my attorney without informing me and won’t respond to ANY of my emails requesting it. My children’s safety is on the line and he’s withholding my own case file from me.

Attorney Dias is a detail-oriented attorney who is responsive by returning your phone calls and keeping you "in the loop" in a timely manner. He is great about getting right back to you if he says he will. Despite the fact that Attorney Dias works with and has multiple cases going on at once, h...e is very good at making you feel as if you are his only client. He is very personable, knowledgeable and quite trustworthy - both with his billable hours and with what YOU care about most in your case. I believe this stems from his own personal family experience alongside all the families he has helped professionally. Do not be fooled by the other reviews keith dias is a BAD attorney. He failed to do things anyone who went to law school for one day would know to do, he bent over for the other parties lawyer constantly. He has barely been a practicing attorney for a few years and got his degree was some crappy "col...lege" in florida. He ended up costing me more than I would have had to pay if I had hired a more expensive competent lawyer. Don't waste your time and money on him.
