Bill helped me to make my parenting plan more tighter. My ex husband tried to change a lot of things and Bill was right on top of everything. I was scared to go to court against my ex but Bill helped me through the process. He didn't out up with my ex husband's crap and had many conversations my ex's... lawyer to see if a deal could be made as well mediation did not help. Finally in the end my ex agreed to a good plan that gave each of us time with our kids. Bill is not cheap but he is worth every penny.

This is the exact type of lawyer you want to avoid. He only cares about making money and never remembers your case. I hired him to help decide some things on a new parenting plan with my ex. After 5 months we were finally going to have a meeting with a mediator and to help decide where my daughter wo...uld be going to school and he rescheduled it to 2 weeks before school started because he was going on vacation. I fired him, obviously. Every time we emailed or talked I had to remind him of what I was trying to accomplish. He still had no idea by the end, and charged me a ton every time he "reviewed my case". He is the epitome of the stereotypes of lawyers.
