My bad experience with Tim was honestly not the draft of my complaint which took him 8 hours to half-complete from a chronological and detailed narrative I had already provided and with an organized/indexed folder of documents, and which respectfully an LLM could have done better. Unfortunately, Tim'...s work had inaccurate statements, repetitive sections, and confused facts which is not good when attempting to file in court. I could have overlooked that. I emailed my attorney and both my attorney and Tim documented billable hours totaling about 1.5 hours for the following. I asked: "Will you please provide an updated timeline that reflects accurate estimate delivery date for the draft and filing?" Instead of being told when the draft of my complaint would be complete and estimate of when we could file, I received a detailed timeline following the filing, but absolutely no comment of the expected date to finish the draft. Tim billed me for reading that email and responding to it. I believe in total I paid circa $600 for what either an AI wrote, could have been communicated over a phone call, or was a mind blowing waste of time that an attorney wrote that and that Tim said he read and reviewed.
