For nearly a decade, Nick Kline has dedicated his practice to helping individuals and families through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
He focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, combining attention to detail and honest communication to deliver a positive client experience and favorable results. Nick prides himself on being someone his clients can turn to when they are facing great loss and need a trustworthy advocate.
Nick has successfully represented victims in a wide variety of cases—including construction site injuries, commercial truck crashes, road defect claims, child lead paint poisoning cases, and fatal house fires.
For complex cases, Nick has developed a network of local and national liability experts from a range of fields to ensure that his clients have the most informed and comprehensive advocacy possible. Should the case require it, he may call upon a doctor who can testify the severity of a unique injury, a forensic fire damage expert, or an experienced car crash reconstructionist. He values the trust his clients place in him, and offers them fully informed legal representation in return.
Nick understands that contacting a lawyer is stressful, but he believes that doing so is one of the most professional, well-informed things you can do after an injury. Lawyers and a strong tort law system are essential to creating and enforcing many U.S. safety standards, from airbag requirements to environmental policies. Nick maintains an active litigation caseload and stays informed on current and developing multidistrict litigation (MDL) and class action lawsuits — work that contributes to keeping whole communities safe.
His involvement in the trial lawyer community has led to his service on the New Hampshire Association for Justice’s Board of Governors and his selection as New Hampshire’s Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice. By staying connected with attorneys across New England and the United States, Nick opens his practice to clients of all different geographies and circumstances.
In the rare moments he’s not hard at work, you might find him enjoying everything his native New England has to offer, from hiking the Presidential Traverse in New Hampshire’s White Mountains to ice fishing in Maine.
