William A. Mulvey Jr. is a New Hampshire Mediator of the Year and has over 40 years of experience in mediation. He is a principal in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire, law firm of Mulvey, Cornell & Mulvey, and has been repeatedly recognized as one of New Hampshire’s top attorneys and mediators. Mr. Mulvey is also a Mediator and Special Master within U.S. District Court and spent 20 years as a chairperson of the NH Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Arbitration Subcommittee.
