Since 1982, Edmond Ford has been representing the interests of businesses, financial institutions and individuals in matters of troubled debt. As a member of key bankruptcy and business bodies in New Hampshire and the region, Edmond acts as more than trusted legal counsel.  He is one of a select few attorneys in the region who can give clients an inside perspective on the process. Edmond’s key positions include:

• Member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the State of New Hampshire,

• Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees

• Member of the Advisory Committee on Local Rules for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court

Edmond’s extensive record of success is not limited to New Hampshire. He has appeared includes appearances in over 10,000 cases in State and Federal courts, including bankruptcy courts in:

• Massachusetts

• New York State

• Delaware

In addition, from 2002 through 2015, Edmond has been a Mediator in the New Hampshire Superior Court’s Mediation Program. He’s well versed in mediation as well as negotiation. All skills he uses to help his clients get what’s fair for them.
