I assist New Hampshire residents with the following matters:
Divorce, Parenting, and Support
I will represent you throughout your separation, divorce or parenting matter to secure you the best possible outcome for your understand the difficult situation you are in, whether your relationship just ended or you have a parenting plan that is just no longer working, and I also understand the legal framework that you have to work through to get the result you are seeking. I can advise you about the best way forward as well as the most likely outcome based on your situation. I will assist with negotiating an agreement between you and your ex-partner, whether that involves division of property, parental rights and responsibilities of minor children (and pets), child support, or spousal support. If working out an agreement is not an option, I will represent you in court and help you get the best possible outcome for your situation.
Planning and Zoning
I can help you navigate both local and state permitting processes. If you have a construction project, I can help you understand and navigate the process to obtain variances or site plan approval through your local zoning and planning boards. I can also help you determine if your project requires state permitting approval, and assist you with the state approval process, as well. Or, if your neighbor or locality is proposing construction that you think does not suit your neighborhood or town or is not being done right, I can help you work through the process, both at the local and state levels, to make sure your voice is heard and to help you try to make sure the project is done right or not at all.
Probate
I can assist you with probate of your loved ones’ estates, whether your loved one had a will or did not. I can also assist you in obtaining guardianship over your loved one when they can no longer make their own decisions regarding their health or their finances.
General Litigation
I will competently pursue your claims or defenses to help you get the remedy you deserve. While the best result may be reached through negotiation, mediation, or settlement, sometimes taking your case to trial is the only way to get the desired result. I can help you develop and implement a strategy for success.
Other Matters
I am committed to providing you the assistance you need, and we do not limit our practice to only the above areas of law. If you need legal assistance with a matter that does not fit within the above listed areas of law, do not hesitate to contact me to see if I can help you.

"I strongly endorse attorney Wagner as an advocate for her clients in land use/zoning, environmental and tax practices. She was recently engaged by my firm as co-counsel due to her legal expertise and ability to communicate on a personal level with her clients."
