Lauren S. Irwin

Attorney Lauren Irwin provides civil litigation services for both plaintiffs and defendants, and assists individuals, businesses, schools, and municipalities with employment law matters. As part of the Upton & Hatfield, LLP team, she assists with cases of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, Family and Medical Leave Act, and more. In her representation of employers, she also helps conduct investigations and create company policies, agreements, and training courses. The New Hampshire Superior Court and the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights recognizes Attorney Irwin as a certified mediator. In addition to her practice, she works as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Attorney Irwin has received several awards from The Best Lawyers in America, including recognition as their 2014-15 Concord Employment Law-Individuals “Lawyer of the Year,” as one of their 2017 Women of Influence, and as their 2019 Employment Law-Individuals “Lawyer of the Year.”
