Zach Kuster represents businesses and individuals in all forms of civil litigation and dispute resolution. He is experienced in a number of areas, including corporate and financial litigation, class actions, civil rights litigation, and employment disputes. Zach is a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
Zach’s approach to litigation reflects his curiosity, creativity, and commitment to his clients. He seeks to develop a deep understanding of all relevant facts, legal issues, and personalities, and designs bespoke strategies to ensure success. His emphasis on open communication with his clients allows him to fully understand their unique needs and priorities and provide them with the perspective necessary to make informed tactical decisions. His clients can feel confident knowing that their affairs are in safe hands.
Zach began his legal career at an international law firm in New York City, representing major financial institutions and “Big Tech” companies in all manner of high-stakes litigation. Following those formative years, he served as a law clerk for two Federal Judges—gaining valuable insight and experience at both the District Court and the Court of Appeals.
Zach demonstrates a steadfast commitment to justice with a record of pro bono service stretching back to his time in law school. There, he led the Voter Protection program, overseeing a team of more than 30 volunteer poll observers during the 2020 Presidential Election. As a member of the Employment Law clinic, he secured a game-changing settlement on behalf of a restaurant worker that had been victim to long-term wage theft. In his prior role, Zach was also a member of a team that defeated qualified immunity and secured a substantial settlement for the family of an unarmed man that had been shot and killed by police on his own front porch. For these and other efforts, he was awarded the Empire State Counsel designation for pro bono service.
Outside of the firm, Zach is an avid skier and cyclist, and spends as much time as possible in the mountains. Before attending law school, Zach spent four years coaching alpine ski racing, including three years in the Rocky Mountains and a year at the NCAA level. While he is shaped by the breadth of his experiences, Zach is thrilled to have returned home to New Hampshire to build his practice and grow his family.
