I filed chapter 7 -schedule J was incorrect I left out some expenses ...the judge said to amend it how do I do it?

You would need to file an amended Schedule J and Summary. You do not need to pay another filing fee.

You should be allowed to do that provided the deadline to object to claim of exemptions has passed and there have been no objections filed.

You can list the divorce attorney, but if the attorney has a lien against your divorce settlement, he will be paid from the settlement.

Since she is also on the registration, you cannot say she stole it. You can sue her for any money that she owes you.

Does the PACER system alert, notify filing parties Attorney? Or alert Law Enforcement, if they are being investigated ?

Pacer only notifies people that have filed an appearance as to the documents that are filed in any particular case.
