Attorney Jim Bianco founded Bianco Professional Association, located in Concord, NH, in 1981. Bianco Professional Association recognizes that all three branches of government offer opportunities to advance their clients' objectives. Bianco PA provides the highest quality legal, legislative, and consulting services to individuals, families, non-profits, small business, and large corporations.
Over the past 45 years, Attorney Bianco helped establish Bianco PA as of New Hampshire's premier law firms and government relations advisors. Their attorneys have extensive experience appearing before state agencies, the House and Senate, and New Hampshire Courts, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Attorney Bianco earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. He retired in 2026 after 51 years of legal practice, with Bianco Professional Association continuing under the leadership of his daughter, Attorney Lisa Bianco.
