Attorney Jim Bianco founded Bianco Professional Association, located in Concord, NH, in 1981. Over the past 30+ years, Attorney Bianco has established himself as one of New Hampshire's premier attorneys and government relations advisors. He has extensive experience appearing before state agencies, the House and Senate, and New Hampshire Courts, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Attorney Bianco specializes in legislative representation, adoption law, agency and business counseling, healthcare law, education law, and licensing and permitting. He has devoted much of his practice to understanding the intricacies of law and regulations and parlaying this knowledge into effective and comprehensive advice for his clients.

Attorney Bianco earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
