Autumn M. Tertin

I am an Associate Attorney at GoffWilson, P.A., where my practice focuses solely on immigration law, both in the employment-based and family-based sectors.  I have handled numerous types of immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2, F-1, K-1, B-1, B-2, PERM, I-140 (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3/Schedule A), I-485, EB-5, and I-130 matters, among others.  I have also assisted employers with I-9 compliance issues.  As I have experience as both an Immigration Attorney and an Immigration Paralegal, I feel I bring a unique ground-up approach to immigration cases.

I am a native of Michigan, where I attended the University of Detroit Mercy and in 2010, received my Bachelor’s Degree summa cum laude in Political Science from the University’s Honors Program.  After graduation, I moved to Massachusetts, where I attended Western New England University School of Law as a Public Interest Scholar and in 2013, received my Juris Doctor.  I currently live in New Hampshire and am a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar Association.  I am licensed to practice in both state and federal courts.
