Highly recommended

Based on a very favorable recommendation from a friend of mine who was also Mr. Myers client, in 2014 I contacted Mr. Myers about my case. Eventhough I was a Navy Seal, I felt pretty hopeless about my situation. Mr. Myers assured me that my case was worth the fight. He was attentive to my case, inves...tigated the details and submitted a well researched request to correct my records at a reasonble cost. His extensive experience and knowledge of military law were immediately obvious. He gave me a new found sense of confidence. I won my case and went from potentially having a bad discharge to separating from the Navy with an Honorable discharge. I can say that without question his representation gave me my life back. I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone needing military law advice.

Confidence Artist

I paid this guy 3500 in 2002 to write and submit a simple brief for a Military Change of Record. He bugged and bugged me for payment so he could get started. After I paid him I called him after 6 weeks asking him what the hurry was if he is going to do nothing. He finally wrote and submitted an ...unprofessional piece of garbage which of course was denied. When I asked him if his work product was appropriate in terms of research and facts he gave me an answer so convoluted it was unintelligible. Save your Money!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
