I have had experience with four Provincetown lawyers, and with the exception of Kevin Redmond, found them each committed and involved with other things than my interests. Each was capable and bright but none but KR ever gave me 100% as promised performance, excellent communication, and repeated examp...les of going beyond the minimum in performance. In my experience of nearly 20 years in Provincetown, I found the longer an attorney had practiced in town the more I was treated as if they were doing me a favor to even work for me, and the more insulated they were by staff from being reached by phone. KR represented me in had a very complex real estate deal involving a condo complex, several owners, several lawyers, and some rather, er, difficult buyers. Despite the fact that he was many times inconvenienced by the non-performance and poor communication of buyer's counsel he remained continually available, professional, unflapable and prepared throughout.
