We hired Ms. Depoian to handle a title transfer from my Mom's Trust, to two members of the family, as Joint Tenants; and to write a letter of receipt showing the agreed dollar value of the property, which value would be deducted from their share of the final distribution of the Trust. Although the t...ransfer was a bit overdue, and cost more than we had expected, we were pleased with the results.
