Jessica A Lamb

Practice Focus: 

Jessica joined Sheehan Phinney in 2008. Since then, her practice has focused primarily on health care and not-for-profit law, but she has also assisted with matters for tax and other corporate clients.  Before joining the firm, she interned with Commissioner Frank J. Scharaffa at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board.

B.S., summa cum laude, University of New Hampshire
J.D., magna cum laude, New England School of Law

Honors:

While at the New England School of Law, Jessica received the Trustee Academic Scholarship. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Business Organizations, Trademarks and Unfair Competition, Advanced Legal Research and Tax Clinic.

Memberships and Admissions:

Jessica is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Manchester Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Community Involvement:

Jessica is a board member of two New Hampshire non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Manchester and CONFR: the Council on Fundraising. She is also an interviewer for the St. Paul’s School Advanced Study Program. While in law school, she participated in the Boston Bar Association Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
