I retained Mike first in 2017, and again in 2018 as my problems continued. I was certified a habitual offender, not my proudest moment. Mike was terrific from the start and put me at ease with his matter of fact , calm, and patience. He explained in great detail what our options were and worked with... several law enforcement agencies to produce an outcome that was suitable to all parties. I was in serious trouble and knew it. Mike was always polite and non-judgemental, went the extra mile, and honestly cared! He is extremely articulate, and seems mild mannered....but I doubt anyone is going to push this Man around in a legal proceeding! I was punished yes, but I was guilty. My outcome could have been far worse and would have been were it not for his representation. Three years later I was eligible to request a hearing in order to request my driving privileges be restored. I called Mike and he knew who I was and went right to work. I avoided having to deal with all that was involved with the State of NH, he did everything! Mike got to know me, and found all the things that made it possible to present my good traits. The hearing went well, smooth as could be. I've little doubt my situation would not have been at all favorable had I not picked him to represent me. He is NOT ordinary or the usual type attorney that intimidates and watches the clock. If you find yourself in a bad place because of poor decisions ...you WANT Mike Brisson on your side! I can't say enough about his professionalism, courtroom demeanor, and character. A great attorney and just a real pleasant human being! Attorney Brisson was ON POINT at all times for me. Great communication and explanations. The outcome for my 2nd dui in one month surely would of landed me in jail had not been for Mr. Brissons quick thinking and working diligently with the prosecutors.
