Prominent Law Firm Adds Partner And Relocates To Meet Evolving Client Needs
MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester-based law firm, Craig, Deachman & Cowie, PLLC is pleased to announce the appointment of William J. Amann as partner. Attorney Amann has extensive experience in commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and real estate law. The company, now known as Craig, Deachman & Amann, recently relocated to 1662 Elm Street in Manchester.
Attorney Amann brings expertise in the areas of commercial turnarounds, real estate transfers, title insurance, and debt re-characterization to Craig, Deachman & Amann. He has ten years experience as the lead legal counsel for several national banks and has served as legal counsel to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the District of New Hampshire. Prior to practicing law, he was employed by Fidelity Investments as Trade Dispute Specialist and as Branch Legal Liaison at Ford Motor Credit Company. In addition, Amman serves on the Board of Directors for the City of Manchester’s Public Library Literacy Fund.
