Biography
I have been representing accident victims and injured workers for over 25 years. My interest in personal injury law began as a result of working as a registered nurse. As a trauma and ICU nurse, I witnessed the trauma that accident victims endured both physically and emotionally for extended periods of time. They often worried about their jobs and how they would pay their medical bills.
After practicing nursing in Massachusetts and New York, I returned to Vermont where my family had lived for many years and attended Vermont Law School. While there, I was offered an opportunity to work in Manchester, NH as a law intern and after graduation, as a practicing personal injury attorne. I have lived and practiced law in Manchester, New Hampshire ever since. My husband, Jack Walsh, works in the newspaper industry and we have one daughter, Madeline, who is currently attending graduate school at Boston College.
In my free time, I have served on the board of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys, where I was past president, and also on the board of Mount. St. Mary Academy in Manchester. I also have been an active member of the Franco-American Association where I study conversational French.
