About me

Brian is a business attorney that represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative proceedings.  His work includes employment litigation; trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property litigation; enforcement of employee non-competition and confidentiality agreements; and complex commercial disputes.  Additionally, Brian has broad experience in electronic discovery matters, including the preservation and production of electronically-stored information.  He also represents clients concerning professional licensure matters.  Brian is also the Associate Hiring Shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA.


Brian has been selected as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® in the area of Business Litigation every year since 2010.  He was also named one of New Hampshire Union Leader's 40 Under Forty, and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester program.


Brian is a member of both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Manchester Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  Brian is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.


Brian is a founding board member and officer of Manchester Moves, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the creation of a rail trail system in the greater Manchester area.  He also serves on the Finance Committee of New Hampshire Catholic Charities and the Legislative Committee of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and is Secretary of the Manchester Bar Association.  Brian was previously appointed by former Governor John Lynch to a state administrative board, a position that involved presiding over administrative hearings, drafting administrative orders, and rulemaking.
