I found Attorney D'Agostino to be very knowledgable, skillful and several steps ahead of the other side. He is articulate, and makes an impressive argument and is quick on his feet in front of a judge. He usually returned my call on the same day or one day later. Most times I was able to speak wit...h him, even if it was a weekend or holiday (he provides client with access to his cell phone). His manner can be agressive or gentle ,according to the situation. He gets results and explains why something happened the way it did , especially when a judge would argue against us.
