Patient, Professional, and Truly Client-Focused

I urgently needed an attorney to review a severance agreement and felt in over my head. After being referred to Mr. Nolet, I quickly realized I'd found the right person. He thoroughly reviewed the agreement despite a tight signing deadline, and put me at ease during what could have been an incr...edibly stressful process. What stood out most was his commitment to client understanding. He patiently walked me through every detail of the legal documents and made sure I felt empowered to make informed decisions about my situation. I never felt rushed or like just another case file. His approach was professional yet personable throughout. If you need an employment attorney who combines legal expertise and attention to detail with genuine client care, I highly recommend James Nolet.

Above and beyond

I retained James Nolet five months ago to help me try and settle a difficult employment disability/discrimination matter with a prior employer. I was referred to him by another highly respected Massachusetts lawyer. I honestly had very modest expectations going in, but James worked tirelessly on my... case and did a great job. He went through the finer details of my case, spending a great deal time with me determining what kind of case we really had, how he anticipated what the opposing counsel would likely do, and what type of strategy he recommended. James always made sure that I was involved every step of the way throughout the entire process. He thoroughly interviewed me to understand the smallest details of my case (which were considerable) and he spent a fair bit of time doing research as well. As a result, James knew what questions to ask and how to address minor obstacles as they came up. He is a dedicated professional with a keen legal mind and he is both easy and enjoyable to talk to. It is also very clear to me that he actually cares about his clients - unlike some attorneys out there. As a result of his negotiating skills, the settlement he obtained for me was approximately three times what I thought I might see from this matter. Needless to say, he far exceeded my expectations, and he has made a real difference for myself and my family. And he did that by out-maneuvering and out-foxing a seasoned senior corporate attorney in the process. I highly recommend James. He went above and beyond for me and I'm sure he will do the same for you.
