Had a great experience working with Bruno. We were applying for my husband's son's to receive their greencard while residing in Brasil. Bruno helped us with each step and our boys arrived in the US yesterday. Bruno did a great job calming my anxiety any time I had questions. We really appreciate all... his dedication and hard work.

I met my husband in Brazil in 2013 when I was there on a business trip. We hit is off right away and on successive trips I spent more time with him, met his family and so forth. Eventually he obtained a B-2 (tourist) visa to the USA and visited me several times a year. In February of 2017 I as...ked him to marry me and we were married in the USA, not realizing this was not allowed on a B-2 visa. My husband returned to Brazil after the wedding and we continued the back-and forth visits. In December of 2021 he came to visit once more and we decided to apply for a permanent spousal visa. In late March of 2022 we contacted Bruno, but decided to put off the conversion until we returned from a trip to Brazil, my husband to see his family and I to do some business. It was on the return to the USA that we were told by the INS we were violating the terms of the B-2 visa, and the agent at the airport refused to let my husband stay for the next 90 days (as we had planned), that he could only stay two weeks and told him that he could not convert his visa. Needless to say, my husband was UPSET. I called Bruno immediately and he told us not to panic, that he would start the conversion immediately. He told us exactly what to do , what letters to get, and what forms to fill out. Two weeks to the day of returning from Brazil we submitted all the paperwork. A couple of days later the INS said that our case was under study. All along Bruno has been right there for us. He told us what time frames we could expect answers back. Bruno saved us money by helping find city health departments that took my husband's Portuguese health documents and transcribed them FOR FREE so later when the Civil Surgeon needed to do tests for various diseases we only had to do the tests that were actually needed. When the INS questioned my financial ability to support my spouse, Bruno carefully and forcefully told them that we met all of their guidelines. More than just a lawyer, Bruno is a friend to Brazilians. He told us about the annual Brazilian day in Nashua, various Brazilian restaurants and businesses. I give Bruno the highest recommendation.
