I can't truly express how thankful I am for Tony's help but I will try. I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear ended at a red light. The accident resulted in a concussion that lasted months and whip lash that lasted even longer. My injuries took me out of work and out of my training ...as an athlete, which was very difficult for me. The insurance company refused to believe my injuries and refused to pay for my medical treatment. I was spending most of my time defending myself to people who don't know anything about me, yet were in control of the reimbursement I would receive. When Tony began to assist me, I finally felt someone was listening to me. He wanted the whole story. He wanted to know me as a person – how I normally feel, what I like to do, what I do for work, my passion, etc. He then made sure he understood exactly how everything happened. I showed him the doctor’s notes, which justified all of my treatment. He truly was at my side. Stressing about your health and how it knocked you off your daily routine is one thing – to add on the dread of potentially having to pay for the treatment out of pocket for this accident when it was caused my someone else made it extremely difficult. Tony kept me involved with all of his communication. He talked with the insurance company and the hospital bill collector (even traveling there in person to talk with people and get paperwork), while always having my best interest in mine. He treated me as if he was fighting the cause of someone of his own family. He went above and beyond, striving to help. After he had completed hours and hours of hard work behind the scenes, I cannot tell you how relieved I was when everything was done. My medical bills were paid for. My health, after a year and a half later, was finally restored and I was back feeling like myself again. Without Tony, I do not know what I would have done. I felt like he pulled off a miracle at the end of the day. I would recommend him to anyone – he will fight for you and do what is best for you.
