Frank John Cimler Jr

I hired Attorney Cimler to help with a family law matter. He took the money in advance and then I could not get in touch with him, he said he was dealing with family issues. As far as the case was concerned we were taking my ex-wife to court for contempt, he said we would get legal fees, damages. As... soon as he saw she had an attorney he folded and we came out with nothing, the outcome was nothing like he said. After this I found out my ex had filled more paperwork and there was another court hearing. He received the paperwork, didn't inform me and nobody went! I called him and he said he would call me back to arrange a meeting, he never did. I emailed him for a written statement on my account - nothing. Cannot say how much I do not recommend Attorney Cimler.

Frank took my money up front.... Said it was a slam dunk case of child support. After he showed up last minute to a hearing un-prepared I should have been wise to his antics.... I actually had to call the court myself to obtain a ruling that had been made 3 weeks prior. When you think he's working, h...e's not. Motions filled without consent. They were motions asking to accept documentation and responses late. I have asked numerous time for a return call and for him to withdraw from my case. I have asked numerous times for an itemized bill. He doesnt keep a office... He rents space at a realtors office that he is never at.... Before you hire him do your homework. All I can say is buyer beware...... Took $2500 of my money and was never prepared. I am in a far worse position that prior to me hiring him. Called the night prior to a hearing to ask questions that required research. BEWARE OF THIS LAWYER !!! He is not as credible as you may think. Will not return calls.....

With his knowledge and experience he gave me strength and confidence during the worst crisis of my life. He was referred to me by a past client, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a div...orce lawyer.
