Renee Menard Bevilacqua

Attorney Renee M. Bevilacqua has long been known for her ferocity and trial skills in both the criminal and family courts of Rhode Island.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Roger Williams College in 1988, Ms. Bevilacqua traveled South to Nova University School of Law, a leading institution for Trial Advocacy, spending her last term prosecuting DUI and Domestic violence cases for the West Palm Beach State Attorneys Office.

Gaining admission as an Attorney in the State of Florida in 1991, the State of Rhode Island in 1992, and the U.S. District Court for Rhode Island in 1993.  Atty Renee Bevilacqua’s practice encompasses family law, business, regulatory, and commercial matters as well as criminal law cases, both prosecution and defense. Renee brings extensive, real world experience in high stakes complex litigation cases and that benefits you.  Renee is a longtime Member of many organizations including the Family Court Bench Bar Committee (RI & Fl,) the Government Lawyers Committee (RI Bar,) and the Criminal Lawyers Bench Bar Committee (RI & Fl) & the American Inns of Court (Family.)
