Stephanie Ward-Smith

Stephanie Ward-Smith is an Associate Attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Stephanie’s practice includes probate and estate administration, estate planning, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Palumbo Law, Stephanie worked both as a law clerk and an Associate Attorney for law firms specializing in estate planning, probate administration, and real estate in Rhode Island. Before her practice as an Attorney, Stephanie attended Roger Williams University School of Law and received an Academic Scholarship. Stephanie was also accepted into the Business Start-Up Clinic at Roger William’s School of Law, where she assisted new business owners with starting and maintaining a business in the State of Rhode Island. Stephanie also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bridgewater State University, with concentrations in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Today, Stephanie uses her experience in business and estate planning, probate and estate administration, and real estate to assist and advise clients in protecting their assets and planning for the future.
