Brandon Matthew Kemmy

Attorney Brandon Kemmy is the founder of Kemmy Law, LLC, a modern, boutique estate planning and probate law firm proudly serving families throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. Born and raised in the region, Brandon has deep personal and professional ties to the communities he now serves, and he is committed to providing compassionate, accessible legal guidance to his neighbors during some of life’s most important moments. Brandon focuses exclusively on estate planning, elder law, and probate matters, allowing him to deliver tailored, high-quality counsel to clients at every stage of life.

Before opening his own practice, Brandon served the State of Rhode Island as a public defender, advocating for some of the community’s most vulnerable individuals. He later held a senior policy role with the Rhode Island Executive Office of Commerce where he championed economic policy initiatives and drafted important legislation on behalf of local businesses.

Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University in 2017 and cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2022. His commitment to the people of Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts continues to guide his work every day at Kemmy Law, LLC.
