Nikola Trahan

Nikola joined Cameron & Mittelman LLP as an Associate in 2025. Her practice focuses on the area of corporate and business law, including business formation and governance, operations, contract preparation, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Nikola clerked for Cameron & Mittleman during her second and third years of law school. During this time, she gained extensive experience in all aspects of corporate practice.

Nikola received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law where she distinguished herself as an exceptional student and emerging legal professional. During law school, Nikola externed with Textron and held internships with several local law firms. These opportunities allowed her to develop broad experience representing clients in a variety of business and legal matters. In addition, Nikola was a member of the honors program and recipient of the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure II, Evidence, Race & the Foundations of American Law, Professional Responsibility, Mergers & Acquisitions, and the Corporate Counsel Externship Program. These awards are given to the highest scoring student in each class at law schools across the country.
