Worst attorney on the planet. His firm should fire him asap, he doesn't have a clue what hes doing. He volunteered telling my medical insurance that i have an active case against my own car insurance now there seeking 7.5k out of my 25k settlement mind u the law firm is also taking a cut of 8k leavin...g me with under 10k . Im the one who got injured and everyone else reaping the benefits. He denied telling my medical insurance company about the suit . I never mentioned to anyone that i was suing my own car insurance so how would they have found out . Derrin will not work for you he works against his clients. Be very aware of what you getting yourself into he is not a real lawyer just a pretend. The only reason i went after my own insurance was because Derrin assured me that he will go after the other partys insurance because i had a slam dunk case police report saying i was not at fault but the other party insurance company denied my claim saying the owner did not give permission to a body shop owner for using there car for personal errands. To think Derrin would atleast go after the body shop nope he said its better to go after your own insurance because they dont want to comply
