I have been practicing law in Rhode Island since 1993 and in Massachusetts since 2000. 

My areas of practice are Automobile Accidents, Slip and Fall, and Tenant Premise Liability claims.  I also handle Residential Real Estate matters including Loan Closings, Property Damage issues, review of Purchase & Sales Agreements and any Contracts relating to residential property.

In addition, I handle Landlord/Tenant matters and represent both landlords and tenants with regards to Evictions, Security Deposit claims, Premise Liability, and any related matters.  I also handle General Civil Litigation as it pertains to the aforementioned areas of practice..

Your initial consultation is always free and then depending on the type of case you have, it can be done on a contingency basis for auto accidents, slip and falls and premise liability where there is no fee due unless I obtain a settlement on your behalf.   All other matters are either billed hourly or in the case of a real estate refinance, purchase or sale, I am paid when the loan closes.

I handle each file personally, so you will be dealing with a seasoned attorney from start to finish on all aspects of your case.  I always respond to phone calls by days end, or within 24 hours if not sooner.  I understand that your legal transaction is important to you, the client, so my job is to make sure all of your questions are answered quickly and professionally.  I will do my best to guide you through the legal process so you are on board with what is going on every step of the way in any case you bring to my office.
