terrible terrible terrible
Awful condescending and arrogant! Not to mention full of excuses. It took him over a year and a half after a slip and fall accident to even review the case, and another 5 years to settle it. The only time I got answers was when I called and got pushy and threatened to pull the case. Still after 5 alm...
