I am writing to recommend the services of Michael Kiselica. I have hired Michael on many occasions over the past 20 years regarding various medical legal issues. His knowledge and attention to detail have aided & resulted in great success with every case he has taken on. One of my cases was involving a car accident where I had gotten hit from behind at 50 mph and I was at a dead stop in the road. The man who hit me stated he didn't see me stopped because of the sun. I thought this was a ligitimate answer and that accidents do happen. After a couple of days the pain in my neck was so severe that I needed medical attention ( x-rays, MRI's, etc). The physician in the emergency room told me that from getting hit from behind it moved a vertebre in my neck and that I would need to have surgery on it. I was upset and told him that I was going to wait, and I will see if the medication will work first. Well it did for awhile but about a month later the pain came back in full force. My medical bills were piling up from all the co-pays and continued doctors visits and physicial therapy visits. I decided to speak to Michael regarding what options I had. When Michael did all of his investigations into the car accident he uncovered a lot more than "the sun was in his eyes" the driver was definetly impaired. If it wasn't for Michael's knowledge, listening skills, attention to details and taking the time with me I would still be paying back all the medical bills that I incurred still as of today.
