Practice includes corporate law and commercial contracting for health care clients and government investigations and audits, administrative and federal court appeals, managed care disputes and contracting, clinical research law, reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid, state and federal surveys and termination actions, pharmacy and compounding laws, fraud and abuse, Stark Law, anti-kickback, federal program exclusions, privacy and security (HIPAA / HITECH), and other health care regulatory matters.

Has represented life sciences clients and others regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. Representative matters include FDA appeals, promotional materials reviews and audits, competitor unfair or deceptive practices, FDA regulatory, recalls, and FDA citizen petitions.

Member of American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Panel, AAA mediator, and arbitrator and mediator on panel of the American Health Lawyers Association. Also have represented clients as an advocate in arbitration.
