Kathryn T. Rogers

I have been licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2007, during which time I have gained experience practicing in both jurisdictions, as well as the United States District Court for the districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeal.

My practice is varied, though it is largely focuses on toxic tort, product liability, and general litigation matters. I handle all aspects of litigation, from the initial client contact and client reporting to developing and executing defensive strategy.

Before entering private practice in 2008, I spent one year clerking with the Justices of the Rhode Island Superior Court.  This was an invaluable experience that taught me more than I ever could have imagined about the inner workings of the court and, more importantly, how to and how not to practice.

When I'm not in the office, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading Agatha Christie novels, and doing puzzles.  I also have been known to read the Federal Rules of Evidence for fun (and I own the fact that I'm a huge nerd).
