Jeffrey F. Chase-Lubitz

I joined Donoghue Barrett & Singal as Partner in 2007 and head the firm’s office in Providence, RI. My work concentrates on the corporate, transactional, regulatory, compliance and contracting needs of health care organizations. I also provide clients with strategic advice and business development input.

I serve as general corporate counsel to the state medical society, to the area’s largest home and hospice care provider, to a national leader in behavioral health managed care, and to a number of entrepreneurial health care enterprises and multi-specialty physician practices. Examples of recent client projects include health facility licensure, certificate of need and change of ownership approvals; hospital-physician acquisitions; accountable care contract development; healthcare fraud investigations; and corporate compliance reviews and training.
