Jacqueline Marie Carroll

Jacqueline M. Carroll is an associate attorney within the personal injury practice area of Marasco & Nesselbush. Jackie graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in health studies, and then from the New England School of Law in Boston. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Jackie provided pro bono services to survivors of domestic violence in Boston district courts. The combination of Jackie’s undergraduate studies in the healthcare industry, her familiarity with disability and veterans’ affairs, and her experience with survivors of domestic violence enabled her to become a passionate legal advocate for those who are injured or disabled. Additionally, her years working in the service industry have provided her with the intuition to anticipate a client’s needs before they come to fruition.

Jackie understands the complexities of navigating the process of applying for disability benefits and assists her clients at all stages of the legal process.
