Chad Banks has represented me as a lawyer in many different cases, he has always been very on demand. He has been more than a lawyer he has been a great friend. Having been convicted of a felony is a very serious matter one of which I have taken very seriously. Unfortunately as time has passed on my 3 year sentence old behaviors can sometimes get the best of me when I am upset. This is exactly what happened. I was charged with a new crime in a different st...ate. I was looking a potentially serving out my 3 year sentence in prison. upon obtaining the services of Mr. Bank, we sat in his office and I told him what happened, he asked me questions about my past that could be not found in any file that the state had given him about me.
