Replied last April 19, 2026Every client who retains my services is provided with a written retainer agreement which clearly outlines the fees and services being provided. If you retain me on an hourly basis, you will be billed for telephone calls, e-mails and text messages, which is customary in the legal profession. Since I have no control over the schedules of other attorneys and the courts, litigation cases may take months or years to reach a resolution. My hourly rates are based upon the nature and complexity of each case and are competitive with the rates charged by other attorneys in the area.
