I just completed an extremely difficult short sale transaction with attorney Jared Tomassi. Jared helped us with an initial assessment of the property and provided several options for us to consider in getting out of our upside-down investment. He was upfront about the challenges we would likely en...counter in terms of the bank's communication style and paperwork requirements. These turned out to be considerable. Our mortgage was sold twice in the process of closing this deal, which resulted in our essentially needing to begin the process over again. Many attorneys would have dropped us which would have meant inevitable foreclosure. Jared knew we were working hard to avoid this. He stayed with us across extremely thin ice and managed to structure a deal heavily in our favor. Jared proved his abilities both as a knowledgeable lawyer as well a professional deeply versed in real estate transactions.
