Extremely poor client service. Treated me like a number and as an annoyance to their day. After a pleasant first call to win my case, and after mailing them my check to represent my case, I asked if I could have a quick weekly 2-3 sentence summary of where my debt collections case stood and if they c...ould show me the letter sent on my behalf to the defendant. They promptly (and with no empathy) stated "no", gave no reason why they couldn't do these very basic tasks for me and promptly sent back my check without ever providing an explanation other than 'they have decided to no longer pursue this case'. This is after they stated they already got the case started - but then retracted that statement saying they never actually did. The way this was handled ended up being one of the worst experiences in my long professional career.
